Aurora

Aurora Aksnes (born June 15 on the 15th of June, 1996 in Stavanger) is an Norwegian artist and vocalist. Her debut E.P. Running with the Wolves was released through Decca Records Decca Records in May 2015 receiving great approval by music journalists and press. Half the World Away, by the Oasis band for John Lewis Christmas advertisements and Nature Boy by Nat King Cole are among her best-known songs. Katy Perry shared a tweet that Perry made a splash with her track Runaway. Celebrate her special day. Aurora Aksnes first musical memory was when she discovered a keyboard within her loft and being amazed by the music. Jan Oystein Aksnes was her father. The Aksnes family encouraged her to not to pursue music solely for pleasure or as a means of development but instead, she should explore it. The Aksnes family advised her to compose. As well as Bjork, she cites Leonard Cohen as an influence. Her mother encouraged her to perform her music in front of the public, but not to achieve fame, but rather to help others realize how important they are and what they can do for humanity. She started playing piano when she was only six and was writing her first song when she was nine. She didn't tell her family about her music until she reached 14. There was no way she could have imagined to turn into Aurora. She claims that she enjoys composing music. She claims that music is her preferred method of feeling anything.
